Frequently Asked Questions - PPC BidMax™

Q:What information is given in "Forecast data" and what is it used for in Bid Maximizer
A:

- Yahoo provides "Forecast data" for each keyword you have in your account.

Forecast data includes:
-"Average position" - is the Average position for the current information (clicks, cpc, impression etc).
-"Clicks" - approximately how many "Clicks" you would get in that average position,
-"Cost Per click" - is cost per each click in that average position
-"Impression" - is how many "Impressions" your keyword would get in that Average position.

Yahoo! no longer provide "bid amount" for the top ten position, instead they provide "Keyword Forecast".

Bid Max uses "Keyword Lookup"** (your current position) to adjust your bids according to the position setting in the program. This is similar to the Google bidding algorithm. Please click here to see how the "Bidding algorithm" works for Yahoo Panama Platform.

**Only available in Bid Max V 4.0
