Q:Is it possible to instruct the program to throttle the sending of email like 1 email in every 2 seconds I知 worried about getting into trouble with ISP if they all go out at one time.
A:

Yes, Mail Communicator allows you to wait for some time after sending certain number of emails before continue. You can specify the number of emails you want to send and how long you want to wait.

To enable this setting, please simply go to the "Mail Account" set up window and "Advance" tab, specify the setting for "Idle for ___ seconds after sending _____ message before continue" option.
